How to Use:
+ Pour approximately 100 ml of hot water into one of the bamboo bowls.
+ Soak the herbal ball in the water for 2 minutes.
+ Sit comfortably, take three deep breaths, and apply the ball to a specific body point.
+ Hold for 5–10 minutes.
The process can be repeated on the same point or different areas as needed. A small towel is recommended for additional comfort.
